On January 5, 2024, in the vibrant spirit of the new year, COTG officially signed a cooperation agreement to build a factory with the OPPO Indonesia manufacturing facility. This marks a significant milestone in COTG’s global development journey and the first step toward localizing its production in Southeast Asia.

On January 5, 2024, in the vibrant spirit of the new year, COTG officially signed a cooperation agreement to build a factory with the OPPO Indonesia manufacturing facility. This marks a significant milestone in COTG’s global development journey and the first step toward localizing its production in Southeast Asia.
Prior to the signing, both parties discussed in detail the factory’s operational conditions, support facilities, and long-term cooperation goals. COTG also shared its vision and development roadmap in Indonesia. The discussion reflected mutual goodwill and a commitment to shared growth.
The OPPO Indonesia factory – which will serve as a key production base for COTG’s upcoming operations – was completed in June 2022, spanning 100,000 square meters. It features modern infrastructure, including football fields, volleyball courts, a gym, canteen, and prayer room for employees. This site has been honored by the Indonesian government as a "Lighthouse Factory", a symbol of smart manufacturing excellence and a contributor to local development.
COTG’s investment in local production aims to reduce manufacturing and logistics costs, enhance responsiveness to market demands, improve competitiveness, and deliver superior products and services to customers in the region. Furthermore, the initiative is expected to generate employment opportunities, stimulate consumption, and contribute positively to the local economy—consistent with COTG’s mission to grow sustainably wherever it operates.
